First month I honestly couldn't see anything. Around weeks 7–8 I started noticing small changes and now at week 12 my crown definitely looks better in photos. You have to give it time.
Pick the pattern closest to your own and see how it changed, week by week.
[Crown thinning]· [13 weeks]· [Once weekly]
Day 0Thinning is clearly visible through the centre of the crown.
Week 4No major change yet the crown still looks slightly thin.
Week 8A difference is starting to show compared with the first photo.
Week 13The crown looks noticeably transformed, with less scalp showing through.
“I honestly didn’t think much was happening for the first month or two. It was only when I put the first photo next to the latest one that I realised how much less of my crown I could see.”
[Temples and hairline]· [17 weeks]· [Once weekly]
Day 0Recession is visible through the front corners and central hairline.
Week 4Thin hairs starting to grow thicker — the frontal area still looks exposed .
Week 10Major thickening is starting to show through the front compared with the earlier photos.
Week 17The hairline looks fuller overall, with less recession showing through the front.
“The front was always the bit I hated most. I’m about four months in now and it definitely looks better than when I started. Still not perfect and how i want it, but I’m really happy with how it’s coming along.”
[Widening parting]· [14 weeks]· [Once weekly]
Day 0The part is visibly wide, with more scalp showing through the centre.
Week 4No major visible change yet — the part still looks quite open.
Week 9An improvement is starting to show, with the part looking a little less exposed.
Week 14The part looks noticeably tighter and fuller, with reduced scalp visibility through the centre.
“I basically lived in slick backs because I hated how my part looked. It’s still not perfect, but I’m way less conscious of it now and I’ve actually started wearing my hair down again.”
[Diffuse thinning]· [12 weeks]· [Once weekly]
Day 0Thinning is visible across the crown and upper scalp, with scalp showing through the centre.
Week 4No major visible change yet — the top still looks quite thin and open.
Week 8Early improvement is starting to show, with the crown looking a little less exposed.
Week 14The top looks fuller overall, with better coverage and less scalp showing through the crown.
“Mine was more thinning all over the top rather than one bald patch. The first few weeks looked pretty much the same, but around the two-month mark I started noticing it looked a bit thicker in photos. It’s been gradual, but I can see the difference now.”

Which is why we suggest judging your progress against your own starting photographs — not somebody else's. Same room, same light, same angle, every four weeks.
Change over four weeks is too gradual to see in a mirror. The photograph is the only fair comparison you will have at day 90.
This is your comparison, not ours. If nothing has changed by day 90, you will know — and the guarantee is there for exactly that.
Your scalp is built to keep things out. This gets past it.
The 0.5mm stamp opens hundreds of microchannels through the scalp's outer barrier.
Serum travels in through those channels as they form — not sitting on the surface like a topical.
In a randomised trial of 100 men, adding microneedling to a topical produced a mean gain of 91.4 hairs per cm² over 12 weeks, against 22.2 for the topical alone.
That trial used 1.5mm needling with 5% minoxidil. It establishes microneedling as a delivery method, and is not a study of this product.

New sterile head every session. Ten minutes, at home, nothing to clean.
Cited research refers to the mechanisms and ingredients described, not to this product. Individual results vary.
The peptide the category is built on, studied for its role in skin repair signalling. A large molecule — which is exactly why it is delivered through microchannels rather than applied to the surface.
One of the better-evidenced hair actives, and approved as a quasi-drug for hair use in Japan. Studied for its effect on the follicle growth phase.
Studied in human follicle organ culture for its effect on testosterone-related growth suppression. At 1.5% it is a functional inclusion rather than a label decoration.
A biomimetic peptide studied in relation to the extracellular matrix around the follicle. Used at low percentage because that is the range it is studied at.
Ginsenosides have been studied in relation to 5-alpha-reductase, the enzyme behind DHT. Included at a full percent rather than a trace.
The highest active in the formula. Studied for skin barrier function and hydration — the scalp condition everything else depends on.
Also included: Panthenol 2.0%, Eclipta prostrata 0.5%, Licorice root 0.3%, Green tea leaf 0.3%, Biotin 0.1%, Arginine 0.1%, Salicylic acid 0.1%.

One micro-infusion stamp, replacement sterile heads, and sealed serum vials. The 1-month, 2-month and 3-month kits differ only in how many heads and vials they contain.
Each head is single use. It is sealed until you fit it and disposed of afterwards.
Three things. The stamp presses straight down rather than dragging across the skin. Every session uses a new sterile head rather than one that blunts over months. And the serum travels through the channels as they are made, rather than being applied on top afterwards.
At 0.5mm most people describe it as a prickling sensation rather than pain. Some redness afterwards is normal and usually settles within a few hours.
If it is genuinely painful, or if redness lasts more than a day, stop and let us know.
Every kit includes a printed guide covering preparation, technique, spacing between sessions and aftercare. Read it before your first session rather than working it out as you go.
The guided usage is once per week.
No. Use only the sealed vials supplied. Serums formulated for surface application are not designed to go through the skin barrier, and some contain ingredients that can irritate badly when they do.
Hair works on a slow cycle. A full growth phase takes months, which is why every credible protocol in this area is measured in months rather than weeks.
Most people assessing any hair routine commit to at least three months before judging it. Take a photo in consistent light before your first session — memory is unreliable and month-to-month change is gradual.
This is a cosmetic routine, not a permanent change. If the underlying cause of your thinning is ongoing, stopping means the routine stops contributing.
Do not use it if any of the following apply:
If you are unsure, ask a pharmacist or your doctor before your first session.
Hair loss is sometimes a symptom of something treatable, and some causes get worse rather than better with microneedling. See a GP or dermatologist first if your hair loss is:
That last one matters most. Scarring alopecias can look like ordinary thinning early on and can be made permanently worse. A diagnosis first is worth more than any product.
Try for 90 days. If you are not happy with it, contact us within 14 days after hat window and we will refund you.
